About the Journal

QANIT: Journal of Islamic Family Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Master Program of Islamic Family Law, Graduate School of Universitas Islam As'adiyah Sengkang. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of research and critical studies on Islamic family law through interdisciplinary and contemporary approaches. QANIT welcomes contributions from scholars, researchers, academics, practitioners, and students on various issues related to marriage, divorce, inheritance, child protection, gender, religious courts, family mediation, and contemporary Muslim family life, with the aim of advancing academic discourse and the development of Islamic family law in national and global contexts.
