This research examines the influence of learning motivation on Arabic language learning outcomes among students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, Probolinggo Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach with correlation design involving 120 students selected through stratified random sampling. Data collection utilized motivation question-naires and Arabic learning achievement tests. Statistical analysis revealed a significant pos-itive correlation (r = 0.742, p < 0.01) between learning motivation and Arabic learning out-comes. The findings indicate that intrinsic motivation contributes 55% to learning success, while extrinsic motivation accounts for 45%. Students with high motivation demonstrated superior performance in vocabulary mastery, grammatical understanding, and communica-tive competence. The research suggests that educators should implement motivational strategies including goal-setting activities, positive reinforcement, and culturally relevant instructional materials to enhance student achievement in Arabic language learning.
